Dental Insurance

We are not in network with any insurance carrier, however we will be happy to file your insurance company for treatment in our office for PPO/POS/PCP plans only. 

Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services at the time they are rendered. 

Payment Options

In addition to cash and check, we accept most major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover). We will be glad to discuss financial options with you at your appointment.
